Thank you for shopping with Biopharma. This Shipping Policy sets out the terms under which we deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 (SAST) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been verified and your order has been accepted.

2. Shipping Times

Standard shipping within South Africa takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, load-shedding, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the standard timeframe.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The total shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel with our courier partner.

6. Delivery and Failed Deliveries

A signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will either attempt redelivery or leave a notification with instructions for collection. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Biopharma Health (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess each case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed health and beauty products. All sales are considered final once the product seal has been broken.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including:

  • Your right to a cooling-off period of 5 business days for goods purchased online, provided the goods are unused, unopened, and returned in their original sealed packaging.
  • Your right to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described, in line with section 56 of the Act.
